Forelock Stables is nestled in the breathtaking hills of Northumberland. Located close to the Northumberland forest, Forelock Stables has a lot to offer. Spectacular trails and some of Northumberland’s finest carriage roads, are only a small part of what Forelock has to offer. Forelock stable is a 24-hour monitored stable. Full-time residency allows hands on care at all times. We want only the best for our equine clients, so we have installed top of the line drinking post automatic waterers in all our paddocks. These provide fresh water year round even in the coldest days of winter. Our paddocks are lined with system fencing that ensures our equine friends have a strong barrier between them and the roadside. Flex rail provides added safety of flexing on impact , strong break strength so horses will not run into a wooden barrier that could break and splinter.
Using flex rail or hot coat electric for our fences, we take pride in knowing our fencing is safe and efficient. Forelock stables offers a large, bright newly renovated 120 x 60 indoor arena that has premium dust free footing. Along with boarding, training, exercising, and lessons are also offered at Forelock.
